Affinity Wholesale offer different forms of payment methods, all of which are totally secured by the highest grade encryption methods. Here we explain what each one involves

Affinity Wholesale Wallet

You can top up by bank transfer and use the balance to place new orders. It has a history of cash flow in your control panel and the possibility of transferring the balance to your bank account or to PayPal. Very convenient and with no additional expenditure.

PayPal™

This is the most secure internet payment platform. It allows you to link payments to your credit or debit card, or even to your bank account. Paypal fees have a cost of 3%.

Bank Card

We accept most major credit cards or debit cards issued throughout the world. Please enquire if you are not sure your card would be accepted by our payment processor.

Bank Wire Transfer

This payment method delays the delivery until the payment is confirmed by our accounts department and bank. You have 24 hours in which to confirm it by attaching proof of the transfer in your control panel. You will then receive an e-mail message explaining the steps you need to take in order to finalise the order.

For dropshipping orders, we only accept automatic forms of payment such as AW Wallet, PayPal and Bank Card. This way we ensure that the delivery will take place in the shortest time possible.

Your AW Wallet is an account that can be loaded by bank wire transfer or, for example, by card or Paypal. Buying using the AW Wallet form of payment does not have any additional costs.

Through a transfer to Affinity Wholesale bank account. We show you how to do it on the Wallet tab of your control panel.

The minimum amount to transfer money from the money box to your bank or PayPal account is €100. We do not accept smaller amounts in order to minimise administrative and accounting processes for both sides.

PayPal is the fastest and most secure online form of payment. You can use PayPal to pay for your purchases with your debit/credit card or bank account easily and with confidence.

• PayPal is secure: PayPal stores your financial information protecting it with the most advanced security and fraud prevention systems. PayPal never shares your financial information with Affinity Wholesale or any other seller.

• PayPal is fast and easy: Once you have created your account, you do not need to enter your card or bank account details to pay. You will only need your email address and a password.

• PayPal is flexible: Debit card, credit card or bank account – You choose how to pay.

When you place an order and choose the “bank transfer” payment method you will receive an email with our bank details including a “description”, which is what you need to enter when you make the transfer. When you have made the transfer you can download the bank receipt and attach it to your order from your control panel on Affinity Wholesale. Note that:

Only the proof of payment in PDF format provided by your bank will be considered valid. A screenshot of the details of the transfer from your computer or from the mobile banking app will not be considered as valid proof of payment.

The description must appear on the receipt, with the order number in view, so that we can link it to your order and validate it.

The receipt must show our complete bank account number and the amount of the transfer in euros.

If you provide a validity date after the date of the transfer, we will not validate your order until the date shown.

In the event that an invalid proof of payment is attached, we will wait to receive the deposit in our bank to validate your order, which may take 1-3 days.
